MUSCAT -- Well-known developer Al Qandeel Real Estate Services unveiled 'Old Town' -- a fully integrated residential and commercial complex, at a lavish launch event held at the Grand Hyatt Muscat on Saturday. A number of dignitaries, including Royal Family members, ministers, and senior government officials, as well as large gathering of potential investors, attended the launch.

The RO 65 million project features multi-storey towers with penthouses on the 7th floor. The project consists in excess of 500 flats (2-BR and 3-BR), in addition to a shopping mall area and offices premises and a full fledged health club.
