Al Foah Company promotes new products developed for International Markets

As part of its participation at SIAL China 2012
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates 05 May 2012: Al Foah Company has launched today as part of its participation in SIAL China 2012 and under the sponsorship of the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority new products developed specifically for international markets.

H.E. Rashid Mubarak Al Hajeri, Chairman of Al Foah Company, has expressed his gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority for his endless efforts to support local markets and promote their products in international markets and to the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority for providing the opportunity to participate in international exhibitions to provide a new gate way for promoting UAE dates in other markets, an opportunity to meet with international traders and businessmen working in the food industry and introduce them to the distinctive UAE dates which is one of the UAE main agricultural products.

Zadina started producing dates not only as a cornerstone of its product portfolio, but also as a key component in a range of innovative products based on dates.

Commenting on this occasion, H.E. Al Foah Company is the largest company producing dates in the world. The Company was founded and based in Al Ain in 2005; to develop the production of palm dates in the UAE. Al Foah is also a member of the General Company Holding, who owns the largest organic farms for dates in the world. It relies on the latest agricultural methods for cultivation and production of palm dates, and applies organic farming systems, in accordance with international standards to help maintain the integrity of the environment and the health of the community.
