To ensure fast and easy communicating
Kuwait City: Chief Retail Banking Officer at Kuwait Finance House KFH Mohammad Al-Fouzan said that clients' commence to update their data ensures better services and faster communicating with them to conduct their different banking transactions. He added that these procedures of updating data are upon regulatory bodies' request.
Al-Fouzan stated that KFH has launched a campaign to spur clients to update their data through receiving them in KFH's 57 branches that are distributed all over Kuwait. He went on to say that the data updating process doesn't take more than 5 minutes noting that bank branches in residential areas opens from 8:30 am up till 3:00 pm, while ministries complex bank branch opens from 8:30 am up till 2:00 pm. In addition, clients can update their data in the evening from 5:00 till 7:00 pm in the commercial areas that also receive clients from 9:00 am till 1:00 pm except Avenues and Ibn Khaldon branches that receive clients from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm.

Regarding clients who are abroad, Al-Fouzan mentioned that they can update their data by printing out the form that is in the website www.kfh.com and filling it in. Then, ratifying it and sending it with an ID's photocopy to (Kuwait -Safat -13100- P.O. box 24989-KFH -Branches Department) where data will be updated as soon the mail is received.
He stressed that KFH is seeking to boost and enhance communicating manners with clients through briefing them with the latest offers, products and services, not to mention finding easy and fast communicating with them in case of emergencies like losing bank card.
Moreover, he noted that KFH is going to inform its clients by all means of media and social media like face book, twitter, Instagram, YouTube, in addition, Alo Baitok 180 333.
