New wastewater bill payment channel offers all customers a safe, efficient and convenient option

Ajman, UAE - June 21 2015: Payment of wastewater bills by property owners and residents in Ajman has now been made easier after Ajman Sewerage Private Company Limited (ASPCL) and Mashreq Bank penned a Direct Debit deal, giving all ASPCL customers a convenient option to remotely offset their monthly bills.

According to ASPCL, any customer who has a bank account will benefit from this service. ASPCL General Manager, Christophe Ledur said that the Direct Debit service will eliminate the need for customers to physically visit any of their Customer Service centers to pay their bill thus saving them time and money.

He noted that the number of customer connections to the ASPCL wastewater collection system was continuously increasing due to the development projects currently underway in the emirate.

"As we experience a steady rise in customer numbers, one of our priorities is to set up additional reliable and remote wastewater bill payment options that will absorb the soaring client numbers," said Christophe.

He went on to add, "New payment channels also go hand in hand with the company's strategic objectives to offer multiple bill payment options, to enhance the customer experience and also to preserve the environment by reducing paper generated bills."

In order to use the Direct Debit service, ASPCL customers only have to visit the Customer Service Centers and subscribe to the service.
