Air Products, with Samsung Engineering, announced that it has secured a contract to supply an air separation unit to National Industrial Gases Company (NIGC), a subsidiary of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation.
The unit will produce 3,550 tonnes per day (TPD) of oxygen, 3,600 TPD of nitrogen, and 150 TPD of argon. It will be located at NIGC's facility in Al Jubail and will be on-stream in 2011.
