With reference to the earlier announcement of 03/07/1432H corresponding to 05/06/2011G, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the completion of the procedures to establish Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company in Qatar, based on the commercial license issued from the Ministry of Business & Trade on 18/10/2011.
The Company wishes to clarify to its Shareholders that this newly established entity in Qatar based on the earlier announced Board resolution is classified as a Qatari sole corporate with its independent juridical personality that is fully owned by the Company.
