KUWAIT, Jan 12 (KUNA) -- Proportion of Kuwaiti citizens employed at Kuwait Finance House (Baitak) has remained at the level of 62 percent of the overall number of staff, the bank announced on Saturday.
Employment program that was first implemented by Baitak, in coordination with the state labor restructuring program eight years ago, contributed to training 1,075 male and female employees, including 165 ones last year, thus maintaining the proportion of national labor in the Islamic banking foundation at 62 percent, said Mohammad Al-Jalal, the director of human resources and services at Baitak, in a statement.
He affirmed Baktaik's keenness on luring national personnel, training them and furnishing the nationals with job opportunities.
