Muscat, May 19, 2013: In line with His Majesty the Sultan's directives towards promoting Omanisation, Haya Water is proud to announce the recruitment of 34 Omanis, as the Company moves forward towards their objective of developing talent for the future, reinforcing its reputation as an employer of choice for nationals in the Sultanate.

From the start of May, these new employees whose roles span across the Project department and the Operations and Maintenance department have been engaged in full-time activities across a diverse range of disciplines at the company after undergoing a comprehensive induction-and-training programme to orient them with the Haya Water culture.

Eng. Hussain AbdulHussain, CEO of Haya Water congratulated the new recruits on joining the Haya Water family and mentioned that they could look forward to rewarding and challenging careers with the company in the future. He mentioned that while Haya Water will provide them with a ground to develop their skills and abilities, however they would be expected to demonstrate their capabilities and plan for the future.

Haya Water has achieved impressive levels of Omanisation in the past years, which has now increased to over 81 per cent, making the Company an employer of choice for talented Omanis.

Training and career development is a vital part of what Haya Water has to offer new and current employees. Every new staff member is given a training programme for 20 days which includes self-development; professional excellence and professional careers.
