KARBALA: Karbala to implement 2013 projects this year to avoid any delays in future, Strategic Planning Commission Chairman disclosed here today.

Dr Abbas Nasir Hassani told Aswat al-Iraq that the government has next year plans and decided to start implementation this year in expectation to any delay in future budget.

The projects shall be for roads, electricity networks, housing and agriculture.

He pointed out that this year budget will be more than 200 billion dinars, while next year projects are expected to reach 600 billion dinars.
