White House unveils tougher Iran oil curbs
The Obama administration issued new rules surrounding sanctions on Iran that could make it much harder for China and other countries to increase or even maintain their current purchases of Iranian oil.

US is getting to be irrelevant to the world. This embargo will help countries to discover methods of payment outside the US financial markets - another blow to US relevance!!
