Qatar: Sheikha Mouzah's office in strategic tie-up with QNB |

Doha: The Office of H H Sheikha Mouzah bint Nasser Al Missned yesterday signed with Qatar National Bank (QNB) an agreement for cooperation and strategic partnership.
As per the agreement, QNB branches, offices and ATMs are allowed to operate within the premisses associated with current and future institutions and organisations chaired by Sheikha Mouzah.
Saeed bin Abdullah Al Misnad, QNB Chief Executive and Dr Abdullah bin Hussain Al Kubaisi, Director of the office of Sheikha Mouzah signed the agreement at QNB Head Office.
Speaking on the occasion, Saeed bin Abdullah said the agreement lays the ground for solid alliance and strategic partnership between the Office of Sheikha Mouzah and QNB mainly in projects sponsored by Sheikha Mouzah in economic, educational, social and cultural fields.
He said that community service is among QNB's prime objectives and that the bank signed the strategic partnership agreement in recognition and support to role played by the office in this regard.
"QNB Board of Directors gives priority to this noble cause in line with the bank's continued policy of building strategic partnerships with the country's major institutions to fulfill its commitment to the country's ongoing process of development and modernization.
Dr Abdullah Al Kubaisi said the agreement is the first step towards improving and developing many aspects of the country's social and cultural life.
He added that the Her Highness is undertaking important initiatives in cultural development and enhancing education for the benefit of the community in the country.
