Kuwait Allocates KWD30M To Provide 11,000 Jobs - Report |

BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--The Kuwaiti government has allocated 30 million Kuwaiti dinars ($104.26 million) in its 2009-2010 budget to provide jobs to 11,000 Kuwaitis in ministries and government corporations, Kuwait-based Al Anbaa daily reports Saturday.
Moreover, officials from Kuwait's Civil Service Commission and Ministry of Finance are scheduled to discuss Sunday boosting the employment budget by KWD15 million to help solve the issue of private sector layoffs caused by the financial crisis and touching 3,000 Kuwaiti nationals, the paper reports citing unnamed senior government officials.
