The heart of hospitality - Showcasing Dubai to Global travel agents during the Summer

TAMANI Hotels and Resorts Showcase the destination to global travel agents, in project titled "The heart of hospitality."
The opportunity to visit a destination and to experience firsthand the culture, hospitality, airline transfer, hotel accommodation, provides travel agents with the most powerful tools to sell the destination with insight and confidence. A visit to Dubai gives a travel agent in Russia or any of the CIS countries provides a rich understanding of the type of experience their customer can expect.
The "heart of hospitality," project has been designed to invite key travel agents in strong feeder markets and to provide the visiting travel agents with a warm hotel experience that presents the destination first and showcases the hotel experience from arrival through the entire journey.
As part of the "heart of hospitality project," TAMANI Hotels and Resorts has arranged for close to 40 separate group visits to TAMANI Hotel Marina from a range of different countries and operators, including, 19 fam visits from Kazakhstan, 11 trips from Russia, 4 from Ukraine and 1 from Iran.
Commenting on the project, Roddy Gordon VP Sales and Marketing, " We have used the Summer to execute a strategy we call "The Heart of Hospitality," this is a focused sales campaign to invite a range of travel agents to see for themselves all the virtues of Dubai and to have the chance to experience our spacious lifestyle suites at TAMANI Hotel Marina," There is nothing that sell's a product more than getting the chance to try it for yourself and this has been the thrust of our strategy.
The feedback todate, has been very encouraging with more than 95% of agents endorsing the hotel, the Marina and Dubai as a destination. One agent was heard to comment "a brochure paints a picture, but a familiarization visit creates true conviction! I can sell the destination much better now that I have seen it for myself!"
