Construction Moves Ahead on First Community Centre in Dubai's Victory Heights

Luxury Golfing Residential Community Now Home to 500 Families
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Construction on the first of two community centres in Dubai's Victory HeightsVictory Heights
' luxury golfing community is moving ahead as planned and is on target for an end-of-year opening, the developer announced today.Once complete, the community centre will house a wide range of recreational facilities including swimming pools, children's play areas, basketball courts and BBQ facilities, and will act as a key focal point for the development's growing community which now numbers around 500 families.
The community centre build is part of the final stage of construction of the 961-unit phase one arm of the luxury project, which surrounds the award-winning The Els Club golf course, where 625 of the villas have been handed over to homeowners.

are built in three different styles; authentic Spanish Andalusian, bold Mediterranean and classic European, with many boasting stunning views of the greens and lakes of The Els Club golf course which is also the site of The Butch Harmon School of Golf.
With the community lying at the heart of Dubai Sports City, residents are just five minutes drive away from the International Cricket Stadium where national and international cricket and football matches are played. Dubai Sports City is also due to open five Sporting Academies offering world-class coaching to children of all ages in football, hockey, rugby, swimming, and cricket by the end of the year.
