Company continues its strong performance in 2010 after having recorded a 20% year-on-year growth in 2009
Dubai, UAE - September 07, 2010:- Reinforcing its market position in the UAE, Gulf Dynamic Services (GDS), a subsidiary of MasharieMasharieLoading..., the private equity arm of Dubai Investments PJSC and a leading regional player in the field of interior design and decoration has secured the interior design and fit-out contracts for two new projects in Dubai.

Operating in Dubai under the trade name Labtec Interiors, GDS, in association with Oryx Engineering, was awarded a major contract for the design and fit-out of a 10-floor building housing the headquarters of a major maritime operator based in Dubai Maritime City.

GDS, along with Light Space Design, was also awarded the contract for the interior design and fit-out for a high-end residential project based in Dubai Marina.

Commenting on the new project wins, Azam M. Khan, General Manager of Gulf Dynamic Services, said, "GDS was able to record a 20% year-on-year growth in 2009 and this trend is seen to be continuing in 2010 with the company bagging several important projects. GDS has also positioned itself as a business-to-business supplier of joinery products and has successfully delivered products to other companies for installation in various projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We see this as a growing part of our portfolio going forward."

GDS has handed over a number of branches for leading banks in the UAE over the past couple of years, with several more branches for various banks currently under execution.

Established in 1977, GDS has successfully completed a number of projects in the UAE and the Gulf region. The company, which caters to a broad spectrum of industries including banking, oil & gas, hospitality, retail and real estate, is now seeking to expand its geographic reach by venturing into new markets.

"We are aggressively seeking out new markets and are currently in advanced discussions to design and execute some very prestigious projects in Saudi Arabia and India, in association with our partners Light Space Design," Azam M. Khan said.
