Event at the prestigious Laylaty Ball Rooms in Jeddah.The first Creative Real Estate SolutionsReal Estate Solutions Event was held on Saturday, 28th August at the prestigious Laylaty Ball Rooms in Jeddah. The event, hosted by Jumara Real Estate, brought together regional leaders from many facets of the real estate sector, in a forward thinking and engaging forum.
Opened with an art exhibition from renowned Saudi photographer, Her Royal Highness Princess Reem Mohammed Al-Faisal, the event went on to cover a broad spectrum of real estate related activities ranging from finance and technology, to standards and legislation.
The president of Jumara, a member of the Real Estate Committee at the Jeddah Chamber and host of the evenings event, Shoooq Alsalaiman, advised that while the meeting was not the first of its kind, it was a new concept for services associated with this industry.
She highlighted the fact that the state has recently adopted a plan to create a million new housing units over the coming years in response to demographic challenges posed by a population growth rate that exceeds 2.3% and with 60% of the population being under the age of 40. Adding that as Saudi is about to enter a boom, now is a crucial time in which to create standards and legislation and to form a regulatory environment to ensure that the sector can generate the same successes seen in other regional markets.
For it's part, IXIBIT impressed the assembled audience with it's world leading Interactive Virtual Buildings. This pioneering technology offers an incredible new touch point through which property developers can engage with clients and prospects in a manner never before possible.
