Al Areen Palace and Spa joins The Leading Hotels of the World

Al Areen Palace & Spa (formerly the Banyan Tree, Bahrain) is the latest luxury property to be a member of the prestigious collection of The Leading Small Hotels of the World, the boutique offering from The Leading Hotels of the World, the New York based luxury hospitality organization that accepts only the world's finest hotels and resorts.
The resort features 78 luxurious villas each with their own private courtyard, swimming pool and jet pool. It also hosts one of the world's most extensive spas and hydrotherapy gardens, six international standard restaurants and a fully fledged meeting and banqueting facilities.
The Al Areen Palace & Spa is currently the only member of The Leading Hotels of the World in Bahrain. Commenting on the occasion Mr. Khalid Anib, General Manager of Al Areen Palace and Spa said: "We were extremely delighted and honored to learn that the Executive Committee of The Leading Hotels of the World has admitted the resort as a member of The Leading Small Hotels of the World".
Al Areen Palace & Spa has recently invested in its banqueting and restaurant capabilities, with new chefs and menus making the resort one of the region's gourmet, entertainment and conference destinations.
