European Finance House Undergoes Rebranding Campaign to Become QIB UK

Doha, Qatar - September 1st, 2010: Qatar Islamic BankQatar Islamic BankLoading...'s (QIBQIBLoading...) subsidiary, European Finance House (EFH) has recently rebranded as QIBQIBLoading... UK in order to reinforce its positioning within QIBQIBLoading...'s expanding global network. The change was instituted at the beginning of August and acts to unify the brand in order to keep consistency across local and international markets.

The primary motivation behind the rebranding is to further bring EFH under the umbrella of QIBQIBLoading...'s well established identity as one of the regions foremost Islamic banking institutions, and the world's 4th largest Islamic bank in terms of assets. QIBQIBLoading...'s unique corporate identity boasts 28 years of experience within local and international economies, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. EFH's rebranding will provide the institution with the enhanced strength of QIBQIBLoading...'s diverse network, and provides the expert knowledge and insight that has allowed QIBQIBLoading... to continually set new benchmarks within the Islamic financing industry.

EFH obtained authorization from the UK Financial Services Authority in 2008 and operates as a full service, stand alone Islamic investment banking institution located in Berkeley Square, London. The London-based Islamic bank's market positioning provides invaluable access to the significant balance sheet and distribution capacity offered by its parent company, QIBQIBLoading.... QIBQIBLoading... UK also benefits from having immediate access to QIBQIBLoading...'s extensive network of correspondent financial institutions throughout the Islamic world and beyond.
