The training sessions will take place during The Big 5 2010, the region's leading event for the international building and construction industry.
The Institution of Civil Engineers, Association of Consultancy and Engineering and the Institution of Structural Engineers are just three of the high profile authorities which will offer accredited courses in some of the industry's most popular and relevant subjects. The training courses will take place in Dubai World Trade Centre from 23-24 November and are open to visitors of The Big 5.. At the end of the courses, attendees will receive relevant certificates and accreditations.
This is an exclusive opportunity for design, engineering and construction professionals to receive specialised training that they may not have had easy access to in the past. The institutions represented at the event will be some of the most highly acclaimed in the world and will be providing regional and international professionals to increase their industry knowledge.
Riad Mannan, training director for The Big 5, said, "Having assessed the needs of our visitors, we wanted to enhance their experience by providing intellectual training courses catering to their needs. We have compiled a variety of essential training courses specifically for this event and this helps us to support the continuing innovation and ambition within the industry."
Courses will include 'Safety for Senior Executives' from the Institution of Safety and Health (IOSH), 'Climate Change and Energy Management for Facilities Managers' from the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and 'Structurally Engineering The Future' from the Institution of Structural Engineers.
