, the leading enterprise for Business Processing and Document Management Services, today announced the start of their environmental and sustainability program: 'Think Before You Throw Your Ink'. The program highlights the 'Go Green' strategy that Xerox EmiratesXerox Emirates
have previously laid emphasis on and have initiated along with their partner, EnviroServe. The program is focused on toner and cartridge collection, sponsored by Xerox EmiratesXerox Emirates
and organized by EnviroServe.The UAE is currently introducing environmental initiatives, which align with the Dubai Strategic Plan 2015, to adopt a sustainable development approach through integrating environmental outcomes with all development policies. Xerox EmiratesXerox Emirates

Xerox EmiratesXerox Emirates
has built and developed a strategic partnership with EnviroServe, a company established under a professional license for "Pollution and Environment Protection Services", for the removal and recycling of print cartridges and toner bottles from its customers' premises. The removal and recycling of e-waste extends beyond just the XeroxXerox
product range to include non-XeroxXerox
e-waste and to once again prove that it is truly focused on sustainability.

will deliver the branded recycling boxes to all interested organisations, once the boxes are full, EnviroServe will collect, store and then ship them to recycling partners in Europe. A recycling certificate will be sent to the organization as proof of their participation in the "Think Before You Throw Your Ink" campaign. currently has one of the widest ranges of environmental friendly products, such as the ColorQube 9200 series, which is proven to use 9% less energy and leave a 10% smaller carbon footprint compared to other devices. The ColorQube 9200 series also includes solid ink imaging technology that has reduced the use of plastic cartridges by almost 90 percent. A normal cartridge-based toner printer generates 204kgs of waste compared to a XeroxXerox
solid ink printer which generates only 10.5kgs of waste.
