Inaugural Explore Creativity networking event gives freelancers chance to shine

' Media Cluster, when Dubai Media CityDubai Media City hosted the inaugural 'Explore Creativity', the latest in a series of themed networking events bringing together members of the Media Cluster community.More than 25 freelancers, and over 40 business partners, took part in the event. It was organised as part of the Media Cluster's efforts to add value to the services it provides to its business partners.
Jamal Al Sharif, Managing Director of Dubai Media CityDubai Media City and Dubai Studio CityDubai Studio City, both members of TECOM InvestmentsTECOM Investments' Media Cluster said: "Explore Creativity was an ideal opportunity for freelancers to showcase their capabilities to potential clients in an informal and relaxed environment. The event allowed our business partners to source services without the need to search for them outside the Media Cluster, saving them time and money."
Both business partners and freelancers hailed Explore Creativity as a success. "It is fantastic to have a group of creatives come together in events like this to network, share ideas, insights and make connections. This is what the Media Cluster is all about," said Mohamed Somji, Director Gulf Photo Plus.
