Silicon Information Technology Tower (SIT) achieves key construction milestone

UAE, Dubai - The SIT Tower is a new development which has achieved a significant construction milestone. The building has achieved 80% completion as verified by the report issued by Adnan Saffrini Project Consultants. The exterior glass work is nearing completion on the East elevation of the building and the project as a whole is on schedule.

The SIT Tower is a flagship development located in the prestigious Dubai Silicon Oasis. The SIT Tower is a further development of the existing world class infrastructure established by the DSO Authority. The aim is to enhance the facilities currently available to companies to develop technologies and expand their business within the Middle East.

The 800,000 sq ft development has a number of eco-friendly features including the latest energy efficient chillers. Additionally the tinted double glass exterior protects against the sun's rays helping keep the suns heat out and traps in cool air.

The internal building works are progressing well, whereby installation of the specially selected Spanish ceramics and German sanitary ware is well under way.

Muhammad Nasir Falak, one of the region's prominent property developer has spent over 24 years in Dubai overseeing one of the fastest changing skylines in recent history. Mr. Falak has added to the growth of Dubai more recently with the development of the Silicon Information Tower (SIT). Silicon Information Tower is dedicated to helping establish technology focused companies within Dubai and attracting international investment.
