End to the Vuvuzela sound with LG Electronics TVs
- Text size
Beirut, June 2010: The 'Clear Voice' technology on all LG TV sets has a way of decreasing undesirable sound effects in broadcasting, which considering the volume of complaints about the Vuvuzela sounds aired with each FIFA World Cup game, is great news for football TV watching fans around the globe.
- the global leader and technology pioneer of consumer electronics, mobile communication and household appliances industries - you can watch all games without missing out on any of the commentary. Rob McCaffrey, leading anchor for the Premier League on Showtime said, "The Vuvuzelas are so loud, that viewers are not able to hear live commentary clearly and are missing out on enjoying the usual World Cup noise that comes in the form of crowd cheers and national anthems." For those lucky enough to have an LG TV set just turn on the Clear Voice function. Then arrange voice levels under the Clear Voice menu by increasing the 'speaker's' volume and decreasing the 'background' sound to the minimum level. Once this has been set, you should be able to sit back and enjoy the games.
The Clear Voice function is available on all LG Plasma, LCD, LED models and 3D Full LED television sets, and allows you to watch the matches more clearly than in the stadium itself.
LG televisions will bring a perfect 2010 World Cup experience to your home with excellent images and the best sound technology on the market.
