"Increasingly the demand is for new exciting concepts in the region. There is a unique opportunity for delegates to review these 30 brands in advance of the Forum. The IFFF is also breaking new ground by providing delegates with the inside track for their acquisition and successful development."
The IFFF programme includes seminars on the Middle East food franchise market, food trends in the decade ahead, 30 available franchise brands, consolidation, supply chain and halal considerations. A presentation by Mr. Adams on the "10 golden rules of successful brand development" is based on his 20 years of franchise brand development experience.
Paul Cairnie, CEO, states "World Franchise Associates managed the international food franchise seminar at Gulfood in February in co-operation with the Dubai World Trade CentreDubai World Trade Centre
. This Forum is building on that success in support of the region through its offices in Dubai. There is significant interest from many leading brands from the USA and Europe to secure development with the right partners in the Middle East."
