Pedersen & Partners welcomes the new Head of the Financial Services Practice for the Middle East and Africa

DUBAI, UAE - Pedersen & Partners, a leading executive search firm is pleased to announce that Ally Ho has joined the Head of the Financial Services Practice in the Middle East and Africa region.
Ally Ho comes from a strong financial background, having worked within the front office of a Bulge Bracket firm for four years. In 2006 she joined the Executive Search industry, initially in the UK, before moving to the UAE.
The joining of Pedersen & Partners is aimed at merging Ho's executive search expertise in the Financial Services sector in the Middle East and her extensive network of contacts with Pedersen & Partners' broad coverage of emerging markets to develop the recruitment market of senior financial executives in the Middle East and Africa.
Previously, Ho owned her own Executive Search firm focusing on the following sectors: Corporate finance, Equity Research, Capital Markets and Structured finance; Private equity and Alternative Investments across the MENA region. She was educated at Oxford University before completing her Masters in Theology and Philosophy at Kings College London. Ho speaks fluent English and Cantonese.
