New for First time in ARABCOM 2010 The Outsourcing & Call Centers Village by VOCALCOM MENAT

VOCALCOM, leader in Contact Centers solutions will once again be present at the ARABCOM summit but otherwise, for this 12th edition VOCALCOM Innovative ideas and concepts, brings up a special exhibition Village: "Outsourcing & Call Centers", with a LIVE CALL CENTER powered by two partners: E2M Call Center (MOBISION / Al Sumaria TV Call Center) and RAM IT Call Center (Outsourcing Call Center for McDonalds Lebanon).

Visitors can attend the live performance with the latest VOCALCOM technology dedicated to Customer Relationship Management. Agents from both contact centers will be in production, receiving calls from their customers.

 On behalf of VOCALCOM MENAT, Mr. ALI KASSAB CEO REGION, will give a presentation titled "ANOTHER DIMENSION OF THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Lebanon, the new destination for off shoring". This presentation aims to inform visitors about the importance of customer relationship management and VOCALCOM technologies role in the development of this sector in Lebanon.

VOCALCOM Participation this edition will serve to demonstrate that each company needs to better manage its relationship with its customers and that VOCALCOM solution; technology, experience and support, are there to let them get customer satisfaction.

Mr. Ali KASSAB said that now VOCALCOM Lebanon, a subsidiary of VOCALCOM MENAT is in place to meet the growing needs of the sector in Lebanon.
