Qatari Diar buys stake in resort

Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment CompanyQatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company
has inked a deal with Tsogo Sun Holdings to acquire a 50 per cent stake in the MAIA Luxury Resort and Spa in the Seychelles, the firm said yesterday. is wholly-owned by the Qatar Investment Authority and currently has more than 35 real estate development projects active globally.Tsogo is a South African entertainment and hospitality group.
