Zawawi Executive Service participates in career and training exhibition at SQU

's future business managers. ZES personnel were on hand to meet every enthusiastic job seeker and interact with them on various career options at the fair. Hundreds of students, especially those graduating this year, submitted their CVs, expressing a keen desire to work at OmzestOmzest

The ZES program is targeted at Omani Engineering / Science / Management / Commerce (fresh or with maximum two years experience) graduates having good communication skills, a winning attitude, quick learning faculties and good analytical capabilities. Selection for the program is based on a four stage process with initial screening based on academic performance in their chosen disciplines of graduation, followed by an aptitude test, group discussion and finally though a personal interview. Every Trainee will undergo a rigorous year of classroom, on-the-job and off-the-job training before graduating from the program to join one of our participating OmzestOmzest
companiesOn successful completion of the training program, the Management Trainees will be suitably employed in participating companies, based on their aptitude and interest as well as performance during the training program.
