HSBC Amanah picks up 11 accolades at the Islamic Finance News Awards2010

HSBC AmanahHSBC AmanahLoading... has collected 11 awards at the Islamic Finance News Awards 2010, which recognise excellence and leadership in Islamic finance.

Islamic Finance News, the industry's leading specialist publication, hosted a ceremony at Emirates Towers in Dubai, last night, to congratulate the Middle East's winners in both its 2009 Poll and Deals of the Year awards. Razi Fakih, Deputy CEO, HSBC AmanahHSBC AmanahLoading..., attended the event on behalf of HSBC AmanahHSBC AmanahLoading....

Islamic Finance News also hosted an event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last week, where Mukhtar Hussain, HSBC AmanahHSBC AmanahLoading...'s global CEO, who is based in the country, collected the awards relating to Asian deals.

Islamic Finance News named HSBC AmanahHSBC AmanahLoading... winner in the following categories:

Best Islamic Private Bank; Wakalah Deal of the Year - IFC Hilal Sukuk al-Istithmar; Deal of the Year, Sovereign & Indonesia Deal of the Year -Republic of Indonesia Domestic Sukuk; Sovereign & Indonesia Deal of the Year - Republic of Indonesia Global Sukuk; Real Estate & UAE Deal of the Year - TDIC Sukuk Limited Trust Certificates; Yemen Deal of the Year - Sabafon ECA-backed Asset Murabahah Financing; Saudi Arabia Deal of the Year - Saudi Electricity Corporation Sukuk.
