AAFM offers property management services

Doha: Al Asmakh Facilities Management (AAFM) introduces to Qatar an integrated system that provides all aspects of professional property management services.

Jaydeep Lahiri (pictured), General Manager of AAFM, said their company also gives advice on operations and maintenance of various projects which includes buildings, shopping malls and residential complex.

Our Business will enable real estate facilities to become a profitable investment for its owners and productive environment for its users, Lahiri said.

 It is taking on the responsibility to ensure that everything we work on is 100 percent efficient. This is a reflection of our experience in the region and a deep understanding of global practices,  he added.

While the capital value appreciation was the main priority in the past, Lahiri said, the developer to date has to keep the property at optimum operating levels for the best possible return on investment.

He said the benefits of using the integrated facilities management model of their company includes: single point of responsibility optimised cost, value addition, improved synergy and productivity and increased asset life.

AAFM offers services such as: Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Building Maintenance, BMS operations administrative Support Services like - Tenant-Owner Relations, Tenant billing, Contract Management, Parking Management, Transport Management, Planning and Budgeting, Financial Management.

Threat Management- Safety & Security, Reserve fund/Sinking Fund Environmental enhancement services- Cleaning, Pest Control, and Landscaping

Mechanical and Electrical maintenance - Building Management Systems, Air-conditioning systems, Sewerage, Electrical Installation including back up supply, Plumbing apparatus, pumps, sanitary units, Street Lighting system, Fire fighting.

A comprehensive facility management services including all administrative and operational support services required for any real estate operations.
