ExxonMobil Egypt celebrates latest graduates of leadership training classes

As part of its program to develop the human resources of strategic partners
Cairo, 7th March, 2010 - ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading... hosted an exciting event at the Four Seasons Hotel marking the graduation of leadership trainees, a program organized by ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading... within the context of its social responsibility platform. The courses aim to develop leadership and decision making skills for employees working in companies and institutions that cooperate with ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading... in several vital sectors such as construction and oil & gas.

The celebration was attended by ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading...'s Mr. Khalid Soliman, Africa Middle East Field Marketing Team Lead, Mr. Ahmed El-Saddek, Industrial & Marine Sales Manager, Mr. Ahmed El-Ramly, Industrial Sales Lead Manager and Ms. Nadine Hassan, Field Marketing Coordinator, together with more than 40 graduates of the program, who received graduation certificates during the ceremony.

ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading... organizes these training courses because it believes in continuous interaction with clients in different sectors, and supports the role that human resource development plays in promoting the quality of work inside these organizations.

We began with a relatively small number and over time requests to join these training courses have increased exponentially. The training we offer is an integral part of the program adopted by ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading... to fulfill its CSR role towards Egyptian society."

To ensure that training courses reach optimum levels of quality, ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading... resorts to a number of specialized experts who use state-of-the-art management and decision making teaching techniques. ExxonMobil EgyptExxonMobil EgyptLoading... started its first training course in 2007, since then hundreds of employees from different sectors have acquired the necessary skills that support and increase their capabilities to manage jobs effectively.
