Jones Lang LaSalle MENA appoints new Head of Retail Division

Dubai, 7 March 2010 - Jones Lang LaSalleJones Lang LaSalle
, the world's leading real estate investment and advisory firm, today announced the appointment of David Macadam as Head of Retail Division, a newly created business unit in the MENA region. David has over 28 years experience in the commercial, residential, mixed-use and retail real estate industry. He has completed projects valued at more than US$ 5 billion throughout the Middle East and Canada. As a GCC based senior executive for nearly six years, he has been responsible for leasing, mall design, merchandise mix and viability analysis of iconic retail projects including Dubai Festival City and Dubai Mall. David is a member of the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSC).
