Umniah Launches New Electronic Portal for Wireless and ADSL Internet Users

Amman - Within its interests to provide high quality services that meet the growing needs of the local market, and as part of its efforts towards developing its services in the field of wireless and ADSL Internet services, UmniahUmniah
- the fastest growing telecom service provider in Jordan - announced the launch of a new electronic portal that caters to ADSL and Umax Internet users at www.umniah.com. Umniah UDSL and Umax subscribers will also receive a number of new benefits including the ability to view information related to their download cap usage and subscription as well as speed, their monthly download capacity, and the start and ending dates of their subscriptions. In addition to these informative features, the new electronic portal will also allow subscribers to register their complaints and suggestions with regards to Internet services. The portal will further allow subscribers to reset their passwords at anytime by logging on to the portal.

Further commenting on the additional features that will be provided by this portal to Umniah Internet subscribers, Mr. Omoush said: "All our Umax and UDSL subscribers will be able to receive information on the status of their accounts without having to make calls to our service centers. The portal will also allow them to manage their download capacity and recharge it based on the information they receive with regards to their download usage." Mr. Omoush added: "The attributes that are offered by the portal are still in their first stage, and we will continue to add to the services offered by the portal during 2010 in order to improve our customers' experience, reflecting our interests with regards to providing high quality services that meet with the increasing demands in the local market."
