(OmzestOmzestLoading...) has launched a special management training program - Zawawi Executive Service (ZES). The main aim of the Zawawi Executive Service is to recruit and retain the best and the brightest young Omani talent, and if chosen, the selected trainees will form a part of OmzestOmzestLoading...'s future business managers.

On successful completion of the training program, the Management Trainees will be suitably employed in participating companies, based on their aptitude and interest as well as performance during the training program. The program is targeted at Omani Engineering / Science / Management / Commerce / Arts (fresh or with maximum two years experience) graduates having good communication skills, a winning attitude, quick learning faculties and good analytical capabilities. Selection will be through a four stage process with initial screening based on academic performance in their chosen disciplines of graduation, followed by an aptitude test, group discussion and finally though a personal interview.

OmzestOmzestLoading...'s ZES program has been created to develop more the leaders of tomorrow and to teach aspiring youngsters the fundamental principles of working in the private sector. Every Management Trainee will undergo a rigorous year of classroom, on-the-job and off-the-job training before graduating from the program to join one of the participating OmzestOmzestLoading... companies.
