AMMAN: Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of UN Global Alliance for ICT and Development (GAID) will be leading a high-ranking delegation from the Alliance to meet with UN Secretary-General Mr. Ban Ki-moon on February 8, 2010 at the UN Headquarters in New York.
