Samsung Launches Week-long Free Service Campaign

's commitment to provide excellent customer service to the Egyptian market, during the week of October 25-31, 2009, the company is inviting customers to bring in their SamsungSamsung

Ltd, a market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, is also continuing its investment in Egypt by expanding its unique Customer Service Plaza (CSP) concept to a new branch in the Somouha area of Alexandria with Union Group. The CSP service centers offer SamsungSamsung
exclusive service through SamsungSamsung
service providers to enhance the current service network.

is planning to launch 3 new CSP branches with Ring in selected areas in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria within this month. The company has plans to open more CSPs and service centers soon for all products shared with SamsungSamsung
service makers in Egypt to provide stellar service to even more consumers.
*Includes both products with warranty and out of warranty. All out of warranty repairs will not be charged by the customers except for the following expensive parts the customer will charge 50% of its cost according to the product:
