Dubai Silicon Oasis Releases 400 Units of Cedre Villas Project at Cityscape Dubai 2009 |

AED1.55 billion Project to be Fully Completed by First Quarter of 2010 Dubai: 05 October, 2009 - Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) today announced 400 of the total 1,047 units at Cedre Villas are available for sale and lease to investors.
The announcement came at Cityscape Dubai 2009, one of the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development events in the world, which opened today and will run until 8 October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The 400 villas in the first phase of the project comprise, Executive Villas, Twin Villas, and Town Houses. The villas will be available with three architectural models, Modern, Traditional, and Islamic and will be offered at very competitive rates in relation to current market prices.
In addition, DSOA also announced the remaining finishing works for the AED1.55-billion villa development is proceeding as scheduled while more than 280,000 cubic meters of concrete have already been laid out for construction.
DSOA's announcements are in line with its mission of meeting the professional and residential requirements of all companies operating from within the high-tech park.
