Pulse announces new Chief Operating Officer

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 4th, 2009 - PulsePulse
, a leading manufacturer of home and hotel room automation systems, has announced the appointment of Michael Schlicker as the new Chief Operating Officer. Michael brings with him a wealth of skill and experience, having worked in the industry for over 15 years. In his new role, he will oversee PulsePulse's R&D, manufacturing and distribution as well as driving the company's development of cost-effective energy management solutions.
Michael joins PulsePulse from Schneider ElectricSchneider Electric SA where he held several positions, most recently Vice President of IS&C Control, where he was responsible for leading the integration of five former independent companies acquired by Schneider ElectricSchneider Electric to form a global product department. His appointment further supports PulsePulse's ongoing regional and international growth strategy.
Commenting on the appointment, Jimmy Grewal, CEO of PulsePulse said: "Michael takes on this role at a very exciting time. I am certain that with his knowledge and ambitious outlook, he will drive the business to new levels of success and will serve as a continuing inspiration for the rest of the team. SA, Michael worked as General Manager (CTO) of Merten GmbH & Co KG, and SVEA BSC GmbH in Hamburg.
