HAYATI Healthcare Providing the region's first patient financing services
- Text size
Dubai, UAE - HAYATI Healthcare, the region's first ever dedicated patient financing company announces the launch of their healthcare financing services with its first regional office in the UAE. An innovative start-up business, HAYATI is being recognised regionally as a pioneering healthcare venture in the Gulf region which provides loans for elective and non-elective medical procedures which medical insurance companies do not cover.
An innovative start-up business which was a finalist in the prestigious Harvard Business School Business Plan Competition and the Pan-Arab MIT Business Plan Competitions, with over 2000 company entries. HAYATI Healthcare is one of the first companies to be funded by the Arab Business Angels Network LLC, a member of Dubai International CapitalDubai International Capital
, and the Gulf Finance CorporationGulf Finance Corporation
PJSC.
Conceptualised by Dr. Michael Matly and his business partner Tariq S. El-Titi whilst working with the Dubai Government to revamp its healthcare system, HAYATI is a direct response to the region's maturing healthcare industry.
"Residents in the region are being exposed to the highest quality of healthcare, well known institutes and reputed doctors, which in turn equates to higher costs. HAYATI Healthcare provides UAE nationals and expatriates with a convenient and accessible financing method which will allow the patient to receive the necessary medical procedure yet not feel the financial burden, especially during these financially trying times" said Dr. Michael Matly.
The benefits of HAYATI are not limited to just the patients but also to healthcare clinics and banks who are embracing HAYATI as it also provides them with enhanced value. The clinics can expand their patient volumes, service offerings and receive full payments up-front, whereas banks will be able to diversify their capital into new segments such as healthcare.
HAYATI, which means 'My Life' in Arabic, understands that the needs of each patient are unique and will work directly with them to provide the loan they need and a suitable doctor/clinic within the HAYATI network of physicians and healthcare providers. Patients are now able to have access to procedures and healthcare that they previously could not afford through a simple online application and approval process, affordable rates and terms, and compassionate customer service.
"We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the application process for patients is simple, accessible and confidential. We were able to achieve this by investing in a pioneering web-portal, which is a first for this region, ensuring a highly efficient and user friendly customer experience. Patients can go to our website www.hayatihealthcare.com, apply fully online for their patient financing needs, search through our network of healthcare providers and learn more about the unique services we offer at HAYATI" said Mr. Tariq S El-Titi, COO of HAYATI Healthcare.
Covering elective and non- elective healthcare procedures, HAYATI Healthcare offers loans for procedures that are not covered by medical insurance which include Dental and Orthodontics, LASIK eye surgery, Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology, Hair Transplants, Fertility treatments, Obesity treatments, Cardiovascular surgeries and Maternity among many others. HAYATI's partner healthcare providers include some of the leading and most highly reputed clinics and hospitals within the UAE and the Middle East region including; the NMC (New Medical Center) Group, Drs. Nicolas & ASP network of Dental clinics, MoorfieldsEye Hospital Dubai, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the London Center for Aesthetic Surgery, to name but a few. www.hayatihealthcare.com
