Orange Jordan develops a Telemarketing Sales Center at Al Ahliyyah Amman University campus

, the sole integrated telecom operator in the Kingdom, signed an agreement with Al Ahliyyah Amman University aimed at developing a Telemarketing sales center inside the University campus."This agreement reflects the special relationship that ties Orange with Al Ahliyyah Amman University, for it's considered as a new initiative from Orange towards Jordanian students, especially Ahliyyah Amman students. The center will train them and develop their skills to work as marketing representatives selling Orange services over the phone in a part time job, as they will gain some work experience and monetary benefit", said Mr. Francois de Loynes.
Mr. de Loynes also added: "We are keen at associating our strategies with the Royal Vision that calls for private organizations to contribute in developing the local community, and supporting the Jordanian youth for fighting unemployment and poverty by creating job opportunities. This will contribute in building capable manpower ready to enter the labor market".
On the other side, the President of Al Ahliyyah University underlined the importance of this partnership and the relationship between the university and the local community, for the benefit it brings to all parties. He also emphasized on the importance of partnering in other fields such as e-learning.
In recognition to Orange's efforts, Mr. Francois de Loynes, was granted the University trophy by Dr. Maher Salim, expressing the unique relationship that ties both parties.
Al Ahliyyah Amman University is considered to be the first private university in Jordan and one of the pioneer universities providing specialties oriented to meet the national requirements that aim at creating job opportunities for graduates in Jordan.
