Hanhart Opens Middle East Headquarters in Dubai
- Text size
Luxury watch manufacturer Hanhart has selected Dubai as a base for establishing its regional headquarters covering the Middle East region.
Announcing the opening of the company's new office, CEO of Hanhart, Thomas Allenspach said, "We are expanding our business horizons in the Middle East region and have opened an office and appointed Patrick Tedde to develop business from this key market."
Mr. Allenspach noted: The new office will accelerate Hanhart's presence in the Middle East and Patrick with his proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams will be an excellent addition to the Hanhart family."
"The Middle East Region is critical to our global growth strategy, so we're delighted to have someone of Patrick's caliber in the role. His experience in Europe and Middle East markets, will further Hanhart's exposure in luxury retail," said Mr. Allenspach.
Since its founding in 1882, Hanhart has mastered many challenges. The principles embodied in the legendary pilot's chronograph from 1939 are still evident to this day: precision, robustness, the drive to excel and the desire to capture pure emotion.
"I am excited about joining a dynamic and fast growing brand like Hanhart" says Tedde, "It is refreshing to be part of a team that is involved in the revival of a long-established German brand, made in Switzerland. The Middle East is a key market for the luxury watch business and I look forward to rapidly developing a base to fuel our regional growth."
Hanhart will be launching a new collection of mechanical wristwatches which are based on three historical themes targeting the courageous, sport enthusiasts and all who go their own way. The design is sporting and refined. The trademark is red. And the name of the collection is Primus.
