Tiger Properties Starts Handing Over of Sondos Tower |

SHARJAH - Tiger Properties has started commencing handover procedure to investors and end-users for its Sondos Tower in Sharjah and will complete process in the coming weeks.
Speaking to Khaleej Times company's spokesperson said: "After announcement, we are immediately starting handing over as the building is fully complete and ready for the end-users." However, it depends on the owners when they turn up complete the final paper work," she added. While announcing the handing over process, CEO, Tiger properties Mohammed Taha, said: "The handover of the Sondos tower amidst the current economic downturn represents a great achievement for Tiger, and confirms the company's commitment to completing its projects on time and its dedication to client satisfaction. "Moreover, the handover of this tower on time reaffirms the correctness of our policy of relying on the company's fixed assets rather than on loans or outside funding," he commented.
Sondos Tower is the first of a series of various projects that will be handed over to the first quarter of next year. A 51-storey luxury apartment complex, with seven floors of dedicated residents' parking, is located in Al Khan, Sharjah. This distinctive area offers views of the Burj Dubai, and the towers also look out on the Al Khan lagoon, the Arabian Gulf, and Al Mamzar Park.
