received a special award from JPMorgan ChaseJPMorgan Chase Bank for the excellent performance of its operations. The award was given to NBBNBB in recognition of the consistent high quality performance and standards of fund transfer operation management.
JPMorgan ChaseJPMorgan Chase's Quality Recognition Award is presented annually to those clients of JPMorganJPMorgan who achieve a best-in-class level of operating excellence. Less than 1% of JPMorgan ChaseJPMorgan Chase Bank funds transfer clients were able to meet the criteria to qualify for this award. National Bank of BahrainNational Bank of Bahrain is the first bank in Bahrain to win the award for a record 8th consecutive year and one of the very few banks worldwide that has achieved such a consistent level of operating excellence over so many years. Such high level of performance and accuracy in processing funds transfer indeed results in timely payment to beneficiaries and customers. Needless to mention that this adds value to the quality of services provided to our customer.
Representatives of JPMorgan ChaseJPMorgan Chase Bank, Mr. Ali Moosa Hussain, Senior Country Officer, Treasury Services & Area Manager Middle East & North Africa, and Ms. Layla Al Qasser, Vice President & Customer Service Manager Middle East, North Africa & Turkey honoured NBBNBB with the JPMorgan ChaseJPMorgan Chase 2007 Quality Recognition Award at a presentation to NBBNBB management in the new NBBNBB Tower.
Accepting the award on behalf of NBBNBB was Mr. Jassim Mohamed Al Hammadi, Assistant General Manager, Central Operations thanked JPMorgan ChaseJPMorgan Chase for presenting the award to NBBNBB and said that it was a great honour for NBBNBB to be recognised for the high quality of its operations performance and standards by one of the major globally recognized international financial institution. The presentation ceremony were attended by Mr. Abdulla Hussain, NBBNBB's Executive Assistant General Manager, Customers' Services Group, and Mrs. Fatima Ateeq, Assistant Manager, Money Transfer.
Mr. Ali Moosa congratulated NBBNBB for maintaining a consistently high level of error-free operations. "It is truly a privilege to work with NBBNBB who has clearly demonstrated a long-term commitment to quality," he said.
