, the Tadawul-listed company developing King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), has launched the sale of residences in the fourth and last Marina Tower within the Bay La Sun Village, the first integrated residential community in KAEC. Sale of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 25 and 26, 2008. All homes offer magnificent views of the different constituents of Bay La Sun Village with some of the homes opening to ocean and garden views. The homes will be handed over in September 2009. Located on the main Marina of Bay La Sun Village, the new Marina Tower is last among the Marina Towers. Residents can enjoy a range of lifestyle amenities including two swimming pools - one for kids and one for adults; a multi- purpose hall and advanced health & fitness facilities. KAEC is the single largest private sector-led project in the region and has six key components: the Sea Port, Industrial Zone, Central Business District (including the Financial District), Resort District, Educational Zone and Residential Communities. Work is progressing on the various components according to schedule.
