BARWA hosts Finance Training Course for non-Finance Professionals and Professional Executive Secretary

BARWA Real EstateBARWA Real EstateLoading..., one of the premier organizations in the State of Qatar, hosted two training courses: Finance for non-Finance Professionals & The Professional Executive Secretary, PA and Adminstrative Assistant in November at Rayyan Ritaj.

More than 20 trainees including deputy directors, supervisors and heads of departments participated in the Finance for non-Finance Professionals Course. The Finance for non-Financial Professionals course covered areas related to the international principles of accounting commonly used, examination of the three key financial statements: the Balance Sheet, the Income Statement and the Statement of Cash Flow, etc.

Furthermore, the courses offered in depth information about the changes in key internal control measures by practice writing Standard Operating Procedures and calculating necessary ratios to evaluate company's vital ratios such as profitability, efficiency and liquidity.

On the other hand, the other course, i.e. The Professional Executive Secretary, PA and Administrative Assistant, covered in detail the major components of today's dynamic workplace, communications with the various behaviors in the workplace, key strategies to "get-things-done" from employees, colleagues, and senior management, etc. Furthermore, the course has tackled in depth the effective management of bosses' needs and priorities, strengthening verbal and written communication techniques and others

The four-day courses were conducted by Jeanene Morgan, holder of MBA in International Management from University of Dallas and supervised by Mr. Ibrahim Mahmoud, Training & Development Manager in BARWA Real EstateBARWA Real EstateLoading....

Participants in the Finance for non-Finance Professionals program were Mohamed Ismail Al-Emadi, Vinod Kumar Kambrath, Rohitha Keragala, Aisha Nasser Al-Kaabi, Ibrahim Jumah Jusaimani, Hassan Mahmoud Satti, Alaa Mostafa Bektash, Saaid Abou AL-Alla, Abdullah Rashid AL-Marri, Imad Babiker Ayed, Khalifa Mohammed AL-Subai'e, Jassim Abdulhmeed El-Emadi, Ahmed A.Qader Alammari, Seud Abdullah Aldulaimi, Salah Abdel Tawab, Maher Mouradi, Mohamed E. Al-abadi, Farhana Mohammad Ayub, Moetasem Ahmed Al Sediq, Khawla Nabil AL-Emadi, Emad Mufleh Abutuaimeh, Khalid Hassan AL-Abduljabbar, Sarah Khalid Fakroo and Noor Al-Sulaiti. The majority of attendees were Qatari nationals.

More than 20 participants attended "The Professional Executive Secretary, PA and Administrative Assistant" program.
