DIFX to Add Sunday Opening and Extend Daily Trading Hours |

Dubai: 11 November, 2008 - The Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX)Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX)
said today it will add Sundays to its trading days and open earlier in the mornings. The moves will bring trading hours for investors more in line with those of other regional exchanges. Beginning on November 17, trading from Monday-Friday will begin at 10:00 UAE time (06:00 GMT), one hour and 45 minutes earlier than the current opening of 11:45 UAE time (07:45 GMT). The closing time will remain at 17:00 (13:00 GMT).
Beginning on November 23, the exchange will open on Sundays for the first time, from 10:00 UAE time (06:00 GMT) to 14:00 UAE time (10:00) GMT.

closer to the trading times of other exchanges in the region. This is an important part of our commitment to facilitate access for regional investors to the opportunities on our market.

The new trading hours will extend the DIFXDIFX
's overlap with the opening times of exchanges in Asia.
