Dubai Bank Launches Interactive Mobile Banking Service

Latest Retail Banking Solution Offers Customers Innovative Virtual Financial Management
Dubai - Dubai BankDubai BankLoading..., a Dubai Group company, today announced the launch of Dubai Bank Mobile service, the first of its kind in the UAE, offering customers a unique and advanced level of convenience in conducting transactions on mobile phones.

Dubai BankDubai BankLoading... showcased its enriched, cutting-edge mobile banking software at a media roundtable held at its headquarters in Dubai, giving journalists a rare hands-on feel of the service's unique power-packed features. Engineered to function with numerous mobile phone models and operating systems, the service appeals to a broad range of customers. The time-saving convenience enables clients to conduct comprehensive banking transactions previously limited to the online or in-branch medium, from a secure, technologically-advanced environment.

Dubai Bank Mobile is a functionally rich, icon-based service, offering customers the experience of the bank's online functionality, optimized for browser enabled mobile devices such as Blackberry, Nokia N-Series, iMate, HTC, Samsung and the Apple iPhone.

The mobile banking initiative comes as part of Dubai BankDubai BankLoading...'s ongoing retail service enhancements aimed at optimizing the client experience across every vantage point, in-person, by telephone, or through the virtual method of Internet banking.

Dubai BankDubai BankLoading...'s innovative offering is functionally distinct from conventional SMS banking services that are used by most banks for sending text message bill payment and account balance updates.

Extending a much broader suite of banking capabilities, Dubai BankDubai BankLoading...'s mobile banking service allows clients to interactively conduct a number of banking transactions, including bill payments, cash advance requests, domestic and international money transfers, Wasel top-ups, and setting up new savings and investment accounts.
