UAE: Al Jaber launches new JV firms

ABU DHABI -- Abu Dhabi based Al Jaber GroupAl Jaber Group
has launched two new joint ventures companies to build luxury boats and ferries in association with Turkish company Labranda, and Brightwell Holdings BV.Al Jaber Mega Yachts LLC will join hands with Labranda through a joint venture to build luxury mega yachts to meet growing demand in the Middle East region. Additionally, Al Jaber Labranda Work Boats LLC will be building work boats and passenger ferries. Both companies will start operations in the first quarter of 2009 from manufacturing facilities in Mussafah, in Abu Dhabi.
