Chef Osama El-Sayed, C.E.C., was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. He graduated from the Hotel Technical Institute in Cairo and apprenticed with the El-Nile Hilton International Hotel. From there, Chef Osama emigrated to Washington, D.C. in the United States landing his first chef's position with the renowned Serbian Crown restaurant. There he honed his skills and understanding of continental cuisines such as French, Russian, and Serbian, then with Hyatt Management Group. His next career move took him to Braun's fine Caterers in Lanham, Maryland, where he served dignitaries in the political and diplomatic communities as well as numerous members of the foreign community. Chef Osama hosts two TV shows, "Ma Osama Atyab" or "It's delicious with Osama" on Dubai TV, and "Bilhanna Wa Shiffa" or "With joy and good health". He also writes a syndicated column that appears in magazines all over the Middle East.

اكثر من رائع واسمح لى ان اقول على ماتقدمه مزيكا فيقال اان الموسيقى غذاء الروح فما تقدمه باسلوبك ينفى ان عملية الطبخ لسد حاجة الجوع فقط ولكن يرتقى بها الى انها استمتاع بقطعة مزيكا بالكريم شانتى جزاك الله خيرا
