Bank of Sharjah extend channel offering with CR2's BankWorld |

one of the leading banks in the UAE, have announced that the bank have selected CR2's BankWorld multi-channel solution to drive its ATM, Internet and SMS channels. As part of the banks decision to adopt CR2's internet and SMS channels, Bank of SharjahBank of Sharjah
will migrate its ATM's to their BankWorld platform maximising channel co-ordination and consolidation. The deployment of CR2's multi-channel solution represents the banks commitment to significantly enhance customer services in 2007, including for the first time, the introduction of an online banking facility.

BankWorld, CR2's SOA compliant banking platform creates new opportunities for banks to optimise the services they offer to customers. Using CR2's integrated channel management solution, customers and employees alike will have a single consolidated view of all accounts across all channels, Internet, ATM and SMS, with the additional benefits of multi-channel security and EMV compliance. BankWorld gives banks the freedom to define their own transactions, extending the range and type of personalised products and services available to individual customers both online and at the ATM.
